9%? Really Rotten Tomatoes? Apparently I went to this movie and saw something completely different than you did. While the movie does have a lot of problems, especially concerning Dr. Doom, I legitimately do not see enough problems to warrant something as absurd as a 9%. I'll admit this movie is not one of Marvel's best, the movie does enough right to make it a good film! I honestly don't get why tons of people hated this movie. I really don't. So, what did I like about this movie? Well I did like how deep and interesting the Four were this time around. If there's one problem I had with the Four in the 2005 film and Rise of the Silver Surfer, it's that neither movie made them deep or interesting. This one made me like and appreciate them more. Also, I did think the story was decently put together and the CGI was really well done in my opinion. That being said, there were a number of plotholes, there were some boring parts, and I REALLY did not like what they did with Dr. Doom. I really don't feel like Doom in this movie is actually Dr. Doom. Heck, the movie was foreshadowing someone else in the movie to be the villain, but eventually that character is shoved aside in replacement for Doom. Not to mention, the way he becomes as powerful as he is bugs me. If you see this movie, you'll see what I mean. So overall, this isn't exactly a fantastic film, but I thought it was decent and I also thought the hate it gets is WAY overexaggerated. In fact I liked this movie MORE than the 2005 one. If you guys want to know what percent I'd give this movie, then it'd probably be 65%. It is decent and overhated IMO, but it does have problems that prevent it from standing out among other Marvel films.
